BLUF: Inspect W111 and W112 wire harness 90-degree connectors to see if they’re loose or missing; if either, repair or replace.

Mechanics, a one-time inspection is required to check for loose or missing setscrews on the W111 and W112 angled connectors as stated in aviation maintenance action message (AMAM), H-64-23-AMAM-09. The AMAM has instructions for what to do if the setscrews are loose or not installed at all.
The W111 connector is in the left hand (LH) mid extended forward avionics bay (EFAB).

The W112 connector is in the left hand (LH) AFT avionics bay.

Follow all the instructions in H-64-23-AMAM-09 for compliance. Also, units must make an initial TAMMS-A entry upon receipt of the AMAM that they will comply with its instructions by 9 Jun 23. If aircraft are in transit during this period, units have up to 30 days after arrival at their destination to make the initial entry.
