Need help with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) system access, resetting a password or the Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS)?
Then call the DISA global help desk at DSN 850-0032 or toll free at (844) 347-2457 (844-DISA-HLP).
- When prompted, press 5 and say D-L-A.
- You can also enter the agency name from the phone by pressing 1 and then the agency abbreviation, which is 352.
Another option if you need assistance is the DLA service portal, which you can reach
