Alaska Guard, Army Reserve interoperability aids arctic mobilization proficiency

JPMRC 23-02 AK is designed to facilitate unit readiness in the region and allows commanders to train their forces in unique environments and conditions where they are most likely to deploy of crisis or conflict.
