U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Daniel Naes, a combat medic with the 7215 Medical Support Unit out of Saint Louis, Missouri, completes an early morning ruck march during the Army Reserve Medical Command’s Best Warrior Competition at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin on March 29th, 2023. Reserve soldiers from across AR-MEDCOM came together to compete in the AR-MEDCOM Best Warrior Competition. The contest lasted from March 27th to April 2nd. During the competition each soldier was tested mentally and physically in various tasks, from marksmanship skills, physical fitness and endurance, as well as knowledge in the profession of arms.
