Soldiers assigned to the 1st Theater Sustainment Command and civilian volunteers received the Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Medal for volunteering over 4,000 hours during their lifetime. They were recognized April 21, 2023, with a lifetime achievement coin and a certificate signed by the president.
