Tracie Slempa, broadcaste for the 109th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), and a Pittston, Pa., native, records local Iraqi children during Iraqi Kids day at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Nov. 6. The children were allowed on base to play games with volunteer service members and received toys and gifts at the end of the day.
