Spc. Mindy Strahl, 338th Army Band bugler, received recognition and gratitude from Maj. Gen. Matthew Baker, 88th Readiness Division commanding general, on Oct. 1, 2023, at a President Wreath Laying Ceremony in Fremont, Ohio. Strahl has performed for six presidential ceremonies in the last year.
