General Randy A. George, Chief of Staff of the Army honored SSG Jospeh Smith’s during tailgate for LSU v Army football game. General George journeyed from the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. to Baton Rouge, LA for official duty and made time to discuss his historic recruiting numbers.
