U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Monica McCall, the Human Resources Sergeant for the 7th Mission Support Command Personnel Section promotes to Sgt. 1st class, during a ceremony Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023, at Daenner Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany. "I am truly honored to be part of the senior enlisted ranks, said McCall. "This means so much to me." McCall's husband, Myshawn, and step-daughter pinned on her new rank. Sgt. 1st Class Monica McCall serves the U.S. Army Reserve as part of the Active Guard - Reserve program, handling the day to day business as full-time unit support for the 7th Mission Support Command. The 7th MSC is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th provides logistical and sustainment support for U.S. Army Europe - Africa missions across the theater.
