Drill Sergeants from the 1st Battalion, 31st Field Artillery Regiment, 434th Field Artillery Brigade facilitate the First 100 on June 27, 2024 at Fort Sill, Okla. The First 100 is the first official day of Basic Combat Training for trainees, which is designed to promote teamwork and strategic thinking, teach Army history and begin building physical and mental fitness.
