Little Rock, Ark.:--The Union Pacific Salute to the Military UP 1943 Military Locomotive Event Program stopped in North Little Rock, AR, on its tour of the country and invited the Arkansas National Guard to participate. Brigadier General Gregrey Bacon, Deputy Adjutant General of the Arkansas National Guard, spoke at the event.
