Special Operations Forces Casualty Evacuation teams from the 1st Special Operations Support Squadron and 27th Special Operations Support Squadron, and the 528th Special Operations Medical Detatchment Special Operations Resuscitation Team treat trauma patients at an En Route Patient Staging System (ERPSS). Emerald Warrior is the Department of Defense’s only irregular warfare exercise, allowing joint and combined partners to train together and prepare for real world contingency operations.
