The Camp Foster Exchange held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Donation Program Oct 20, 2023, Okinawa, Japan. On Sept. 13, 2023, the Exchange signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society to allow their customers at Marine Bases in Korea, Okinawa and mainland Japan to show their generosity and support by donating to help fellow Sailors and Marines in their time of need.
