JCAT 4483 Builds Wheelchairs for Disabled (without titles)
Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa
July 10, 2012 | 1:30
Members of Joint Civil Affairs Team 4483 traveled to Dilla, Ethiopia, to build wheelchairs for disabled Ethiopians, many of whom had gone years without any physical means of getting around. Instead they had to crawl on the ground with their hands and feet. Soundbites from Petty Officer Jason Sturtevant. Produced by Staff Sgt. Ashley Sitthideth. Also available in high definition.
