The Maryland National Guard completed its fourth RTA course given by Joint Forces Headquarters Medical Detachment. This four-day course, taught at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation, trains Soldiers and DA civilians to be the force multipliers in support of state Master Resilience Trainers. In the near future, each unit will have an MRT or RTA representative of its own. Available in high definition.
