Marines with Bridge Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group constructed an continuous span improved ribbon bridge and medium girder bridge in Lake Elsinore, Calif., March 24. These capabilities provide critical mobility in operational environments as well as potential humanitarian assistance operations. Lake Elsinore offers the only geographic location within 250 miles capable of assembling both bridges at the same site.
