Dog Competes in Lithuania
7th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

Dog Company, 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade competes in a Lithuania Land Forces Best Squad Competition. Dog Company competed against teams from Great Britain, Poland, Denmark, Lithuania and America; 12 teams total in the competition. Some of the events include land navigation at night, water crossings, testing memorization and observational skills, obstacle and grenade
throw and a truck push while dropping off and picking up "supplies". The competition
ends with an award ceremony and speech from the Lithuania Land Forces Commander,
Major General Almantas Leika.
