French Troops Meet ISAF Commander

ISAF Commander General John Allen has been to visit hundreds of French soldiers in Kapisa province, Afghanistan. General Allen attended a change of command ceremony for members of Task Force La Fayette at FOB Nejrab. Also present was the French Ambassador to Afghanistan, Bernard Bajolet.
