Gen. Robert B. Neller, Lt. Gen. Lawrence D. Nicholson, and Lt. Gen. Eric M. Smith give their respective speeches during a III Marine Expeditionary Force change of command ceremony, Aug. 2, 2018, at the parade field aboard Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. Nicholson, the outgoing commanding general of III MEF, relinquished his command to Smith, who arrived from 1st Marine Division where he served as commanding general.
