Soldiers from the 87th Sapper Company, 20th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, string consertina wire and barbed wire along the top of the border fence at the DeConcini Port of Entry, Nogales, Arizona, on Nov. 27, 2018, as U.S. Customs and Border Protection prepare for the arrival of the caravan.
