Christina Pico, 3rd Platoon leader; and Pvt.2 Ethan Strobel, horizontal construction engineer; all with 161st Engineer Support Company, 27th Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Airborne), discuss tactics for repairing a washed out road at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, N.C., Sept. 22. The unit, along with personnel from six districts from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is assisting in the installation’s recovery efforts following Hurricane Florence.
