Army Civilians have a new tool that allows them to view their current personnel record in a single document. In this video, Ms Karen Perkins, Director of Human Resources, Installation Management Command, tells us about the Civilian Record Brief. About the U.S. Army Installation Management Community: IMCOM handles the day-to-day operations of U.S. Army installations around the globe - We are the Army's Home.
