4D COP is a platform for advanced situational awareness. It was designed to be mission and domain agnostic. So it allows the operator to bring in information very rapidly and layer it, and it can be any kind of information, including real-time video, real-time audio, weather, space, GPS information related to individuals or groups of individuals, or vehicles or planes, etc. It allows the operator to put them together in layers enabling them to make decisions quickly. The technology enables decision makers to have an “ah-ha” moment where they see information coming into play and can make that decisions that ultimately may save a life.
