Ryan Roper, eight year old son of U.S. Air Force retired Tech. Sgt. Meghann Roper and Tech. Sgt. Justin Roper, 436th Maintenance Squadron, plays hockey for the first time April 30, 2019, at Centre Ice Arena, Del.
