Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus presents six former U.S. Navy divers with the Prisoner of War Medal. The divers were held captive by jihadists for 17 days in Beirut, Lebanon, after Trans-World Airlines Flight 847 was hijacked in 1985. Steelworker 2nd Class Robert D. Stethem posthumously received the award.
