The South Carolina Committee of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve recently organized a "Bosslift" to help employers of National Guard and Reserve members understand more about their employees' missions, training, and values. These events are an important part of ESGR's mission to foster an environment where employers continue to value the military service of their employees.
