Field Medics with 1st Squadron, 158th Cavalry Regiment, Maryland Army National Guard train in Fort Drum's Bridgewater- Vacarro Medical Simulation Training Center. The excercise was part of their qualification and certification to keep their skills sharp and their people prepared and mission ready.
