Col. Scott E. Conway relinquishes his post as the commanding officer of Headquarters and Support (H&S) Battalion, Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune to Col. Amy Ebitz, during a change of command ceremony at MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 19, 2019. Ebitz is coming to command H&S Battalion from Brookings Institution, Washington D.C. where she served as a Senior Commandant of the Marine Corps Fellow. Conway will move to 2nd Marine Logistics Group to serve with the G-3 Operations Division.
