Sgt. 1st Class Ronnie Harris, a distro platoon sergeant with 1st Battalion, 36th Infantry Regiment, shares his experience on using the Army Emergency Relief program to help him during a time of need.
The AER at Fort Bliss is ready to provide financial assistance to active duty Soldiers, retirees, survivors, and family members during times of valid emergency need, and interest-free loans, grants, or a combination loan/grant, to those who qualify.
