Mapped movements based on Automatic Identification System data and audio recorded on VHF-marine band radio channel 13 of an incident that occurred at approximately 1:20 a.m., July 20, 2015, at mile marker 359 on the Intracoastal Waterway near Bolivar Peninsula in Texas. A collision occurred between two eastbound Kirby Inland Marine barges being pushed by the tug Capt. Shorty C and two westbound Enterprise Marine Services barges being pushed by the tug Jackie.
