Chief Warrant Officer 5 Sandy Alvarez, the installation personnel administration center director with Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, and Master Sgt. Jose Rincon, the IPAC inbound branch staff noncommissioned officer in charge with Headquarters and Support Bn., MCI-W, MCB Camp Pendleton, discuss the steps taken at the IPAC in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, April 2, 2020. IPAC has adjusted how they complete their daily mission to follow the health protection condition guidelines for COVID-19, while keeping their personnel and customers safe.
