The Royal Australian Air Force had the opportunity to provide air refueling support to some United States Air Force A-10s during exercise Mobility Guardian, 19 September 2019, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. SGT Jerome Farrell, Air Refueling Operator of the No. 33 Squadron RAAF, discussed some of the capabilities of the KC-30A, training opportunities his squadron received during the exercise to work with other mission partners and also, the opportunity to refuel different types of aircraft.
