Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB 1) and crew members from dry cargo/ammunition ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE-13) guide empty missile containers onto the flight deck during a cargo training evolution. Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG), Military Sealift Command (MSC) and Naval Munitions Command (NMC) utilize the opportunity to train to the unique handling characteristics of missile containers. NAVELSG provides expeditionary logistics capability for Navy and joint service customers.
