Ottawa County Commissioner Jim Sass and Sanitary Engineering Department’s Kelly Frye, representatives for U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, Senator Rob Portman, State Representative Steve Arndt and #USACE Buffalo District Commander Lt. Col. Adam Czekanski sign a ceremonial sanitary sewer pipe on Apr. 19, 2018 at the Ottawa County Courthouse, highlighting the strength of partnerships in accomplishing civil works projects. When completed, the project will have a significant impact on water quality in Lake Erie.
