This is a second video clip of a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service employee stocking rainbow trout in Stillwell Lake at Fort McCoy, Wis., on April 29, 2020. Stillwell was one of several lakes that received thousands of fish in time for the Wisconsin fishing season opener May 2. The fish are raised at the Genoa Naional Fish Hatchery in Genoa, Wis.
