The 425th Civil Affairs Battalion, Alpha Company, based in Encino, Calif., perform a mock civil affairs assessment in the city of Upland, Calif. July 21 thru July 25. The 425th studied the effects a cataclysmic tsunami would have on southern california and the thousands of displaced citizens who would flee away from the coastal areas. Available in High Definition.
