FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – A Kentucky native assumed command of the Fort Campbell Warrior Transition Battalion during a change of command ceremony on post, April 18. Lt. Col. Heath Holt, from Greenville, Kentucky will lead a team of Soldiers and civilian employees responsible for providing personalized support and care to wounded, ill and injured service members. The WTB provides personalized support to wounded, ill and injured Soldiers who require at least six months of rehabilitative care and complex medical management.
