Romanian Assault Team performs a building breach during DV Day exercise for Platinum Lion 2014 on Nova Selo Training Area (nsta), bulgaria. Includes short timelapse of bulgarian qrf and livefire on ak-47 assault rifle.
Operation Platinum Lion 14 promotes and encourages partnership, interoperability, knowledge enhancement and total mission effectiveness between the U.S. armed forces and NATO allies. Platinum Lion 14-1 is on record as the largest Title X operation to be conducted within the Novo Selo Training Area (NSTA) since 2004. More than 650 actors with the combined forces of Unit Deployment Program Marines and sailors with the Black Sea Rotational Force, soldiers and civilians with the Black Sea Area Support Team, soldiers with Ohio and Colorado National Guard, soldiers with the 21st Theater Sustainment Command and soldiers from Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, United Kingdom and Romania.
