Local Coast Guard units gather at Sector Field Office Galveston, Texas Jan. 28, 2016, to honor the memory of those who died 36 years ago, Jan. 28, 1980, in Tampa Bay. The Blackthorn sank after colliding with the tanker Capricorn near the Sunshine Skyway Bridge on Jan. 28, 1980.
