A video showcasing Sailors participating in the new physical readiness test (PRT) events as part of Navy Physical Readiness Test Evaluation Phase II. Throughout the week, groups of volunteers performed exercises such as pushups, planks, 2k row and upright bike. This is the first of four planned evaluations around the fleet designed to set new performance standards and metrics for future physical readiness tests.
