The American Culinary Federation has a prestigious list of certified judges that must meet requirements of excellence as culinarians.
Only chefs that meet these high standards, with advanced credentials some even being Certified Master Chefs, are able to serve as judges at sanctioned ACF events.
We get the best of the best to judge all of our military competitors.
