Key speakers, including the governor of La Union, gave remarks and cut a ribbon to commemorate the trilateral construction of a two classroom school building on San Agustin (Poro) Elementary School grounds. BK 24 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
