The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Halibut discover an unmanned 14-foot white dinghy going in circles approximately five nautical miles south of Huntington Harbor, Calif., August 24, 2017. The crew of the Halibut later rescued the male who went overboard approximately two miles south of that location with no reported injuries. U.S. Coast Guard video.
