It's pretty rare to see a 20-year-old Chief in the Navy. In fact there's only one, and she weighs over a thousand tons. Petty Officer Andrew Dean went aboard USS Chief, a Minesweeper at Fleet Activities Sasebo, to see how the crew celebrated her 20th birthday.
