KOWARI is a trilateral training opportunity hosted by the Australian Army and is the first environmental survival training among forces from Australia, China and the United States. The Australian Army is hosting the environmental survival training in the Australian Outback from 7-24 October. The exchange will include U.S. Army Soldiers from 25th Infantry Division out of Hawaii and U.S. Marines from 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion out of Okinawa. Participants will consist of junior officers, staff and non-commissioned officers.
