The U.S. Army Reserve zeroed in on readiness during a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 26 for the Keystone Local Training Area in western Pennsylvania. This revitalized training area will help the Army Reserve remain the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the nation’s history.
