Anders Fogh Rasmussen's opening speech to press with Mustafa Abdul Jalil, the Chairman of the National Transitional Council at the Rixos Hotel in Tripoli, on the 31st of October 2011, the date NATOs mission in Libya ended. The Arabic translation has been cut out, leaving only Rasmussens's individual sentences that made up the entire opening speech.
