A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew hoists a man aboard using the rescue basket after he reported symptoms of appendicitis Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, while aboard the container ship Monte Azul in the Gulf of Mexico approximately 40 miles off South Padre Island, Texas.
