Package of Minnesota National Guard Soldiers of 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 136th Infantry, 34th Red Bull Infantry Division conduct levee patrols, monitor water pumps and secure road blocks in the communities of Moorhead, Oakport Township and Georgetown Minnesota. Lt. Col. Mark G. Wiens, Commander and Command Sgt. Maj. Marcus Erickson, 2-136 INF (CAB), 34th Infantry Division discuss the Minnesota National Guard's duties while on state active duty and about the mission of supporting the local authorities during the Red River Valley flooding.
