The ability to own our mistakes and to move forward are characteristics of true leadership. At the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School, we will remain strong in our core values, as we expect nothing but the best from ourselves and our partners.

This video highlights our Sailors' and INDO-PACOM students' personal perspective of the core values: HONOR...COURAGE...COMMITMENT.

"In the time since I took command, I have talked about the importance of doing the right thing in all that we do. The recent media attention is another opportunity to think about how these situations impact us as individuals and as a force, and for me to re-emphasize that to whom much is given, much is expected. Because of this, we ought to be held to a higher standard.

When we don't operate according to our ethos and the values of our nation, we risk sacred trust we have with the American people and the legitimacy of the force," said Rear Adm. Collin Green, Naval Special Warfare commander.

HONOR... COURAGE... and COMMITMENT are not only values that echo throughout the United States Naval Special Warfare Command; they are also core values that drive our Partner Nation forces.
